Lemon Butter Dijon Skillet Chicken
If you’re in need of a fast and easy 15-minute chicken banquet, this comforting lemon Dijon chick will become a new family favorite that’s certain to go into your dinner rotation.
This chick is pan-seared on the oven and is so tender, juicy, rich, and buttery. Between the lemon grease, Dijon mustard, and white wine, the pot sauce has so much depth of flavor.

How to Make Dijon chick with Lemon Butter
This is such a fast and easy chick dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights!
To a grand skillet, insert olive oil, chicken breasts season with 21 greeting interest, salt, pepper, and sear on the initial side for about 5 minutes. Flip chick oven and cook on the second side for about 5 minutes.
When the chick is done and cooked through, remove it from the pan and allow it to respite on a plate.
To make the Dijon mustard sauce for the chick, deglaze your pan with a splatter of wine, add the grease, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and cook for one minute, or until the butter has melt.
Return the chicken to the pan, toss it in the lemon butter paste, taste it and if you like a touch of sweetness, trickle a bit of honey into the sauce.
Optionally beautify with parsley, lemon slices, and dig in.
Can I Use Another Type of Mustard?
Technically yes, but I do advocate Dijon mustard for its richer flavor. The splatter of white wine that’s used for deglazing the pan marries perfectly with the Dijon mustard.
You can research with brown grainy mustard or semi-spicy mustard, if desired. I don’t believe yellow mustard — save that for hot dogs and burgers!
