Over a medium flame, high temperature a non-stick pan. Drizzle a few drops of grease over it. Reduce the flame to high and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it into a circle. Top the utopia with chopped onions, tomatoes, chilies and coriander. Increase the vegetables evenly. Drizzle few drops of grease around the edge by the help of a spoon and cover it with a lid.
