This flavored water formula is infused by lemon, mint and ginger for a refreshing drink. This is a great non-alcoholic opportunity for a party, hydrates the skin and also has weight loss reimbursement.

I feel like trying to drink other water should be so much easier, I mean, eight glasses a day seems like so greatly eight glasses of wine however..!! I realized that all of a sudden I was drinking way too much coffee, so have made a concerted effort to cut back on the caffeine and get other water into my life, and this flavored water has definitely helped!

I near didn’t put this recipe up as it’s so simple, but it’s become part of my daily routine, tastes delicious and definitely help reach that eight goggles a day target!

IS DRINKING INFUSED WATER GOOD FOR YOU?

Unless you’ve been living on the moon, you know that we need irrigate! Homemade flavored, or infused water, is a large alternative to stockpile bought as there are no other preservatives or sugars and you know accurately what goes into it.  For those of you who love the diet beverage, this is a great alternative and a tone healthier.  It gives you that hit of flavor you crave but without all off the nastiest.

WHEN SHOULD I DRINK INFUSED WATER?

I like to make a batch of flavored water in the evening, then crack it in the fridge overnight, that way you give it a good quality amount of time for the flavors to infuse and you have something refreshing to drink first thing in the first light to rehydrate. You can drink it within 2 – 4 hours if you create it in the day.  I also tend to top up the water after my first few gulps and pop in back in the fridge as there’s still a tone of good nutrients in there.
